The Ministry of Health proposed the EEC to introduce successful national norms into the EAEU legislation

The Ministry of Health proposed the EEC to introduce a number of successful national norms into the supranational legislation of the EAEU, including mechanisms for accelerated registration of drugs. This became known on the first day of SPIEF.

Philip Romanov, Deputy Director of the Department of State Regulation of the Circulation of Medicines of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, noted that the proposal was generally supported. “We, according to 441 (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 441 of April 3, 2020 - editor's note), have worked out the possibility of providing in an exclusively electronic form, and certification of documents directly by the owner according to the registration certificate from the drug developers. And on the issue of accelerated registration, there were provisions already directly in the work of the commission. "

Romanov stressed the readiness to share successful experience with colleagues and the importance of bringing it into supranational legislation. “And in this part, the Commission is now actively working with us and all the regulators of the participating countries,” he said.
